Easy Audio Recorder 3.2.226

'AML Easy Record' is a simple audio recorder with very few features. You have three buttons with which to operate the program. These buttons are record, pause, and stop. If you enable the 'Advanced' window, you can control the 'Auto Gain' and the 'Accu Levels'. There are many audio settings and you can select the ones that suit you best.

While testing the program, I tried to record the output sound from my sound card. Since it's a trial version, it recorded only 15 seconds. However, the sound had poor quality and the sound level was very low. You can't change too many things in this program. The shortcut keys 'Shift + R', 'Shift + S', and 'Shift + P' are very annoying, because these combinations can't be used in other programs while the program is running. They are the shortcuts for 'Record', 'Stop', and 'Pause', and represent those commands even if the program's window is not the active one. This could be useful sometimes, if you don't want to loose an important show at the radio, but in many cases it's very frustrating.

Pluses:

Drawbacks / flaws: It doesn't have many options and you can't increase the volume level for the recordings.

In conclusion: It's an interesting program. However, I look forward to the next release, hopping it will be easier to configure.
